Write to [email protected]. There is no contact form on this site: the archive collects nothing from visitors, and adding a form would change that for no benefit.
Correcting a record
Include the record ID, shown at the top of every record page, and say what is wrong. Useful things to send:
- The record ID, for example SSR-0001.
- What is inaccurate: the quote, the date, the entity, the reviewer, the platform or the rating.
- What it should say, and anything that shows it.
If you wrote the review
A reviewer can ask for their own review to be removed from this archive and it will be removed. Say which record, and enough for the request to be matched to the review you wrote.
If you are the reviewed entity
A record is corrected when it is inaccurate. A record is not removed because it is unfavourable, including records about the archive operator. The methodology page sets out exactly when a record is changed or removed.
